JLT Performance Cold Air Intake: Dodge Challenger / Charger 6.2L SRT Hellcat 2015 - 2023
JLT Performance Cold Air Intake
15-23 Dodge Challenger / Charger 6.2L SRT Hellcat
CAI-HC-15
The JLT Performance Cold Air Intake System for the 6.2L SRT Hellcat engine is engineered to dramatically improve airflow, horsepower, and throttle response while maintaining a factory-quality appearance. Its fully roto-molded airbox utilizes the vehicle’s factory fresh air inlet from the grille/headlight and seals to the hood, keeping inlet air temperatures low while creating a high-pressure zone around the filter for maximum performance. A custom S&B cotton cleanable air filter with 1” deep pleats and a built-in bellmouth provides massive surface area for smooth, fast airflow while protecting the engine. The 5” roto-molded intake tube eliminates heat soak, and the 4.5” throttle body end accommodates future upgrades or larger throttle bodies. The system includes CNC-machined MAF and IAT adapter plates to fit all model variations, a roto-molded heat shield to block engine heat, and custom Lexan rain shields for both vehicle variants to maintain dry, cool air around the filter. Dyno-tested gains of 15–20 RWHP are typical on stock vehicles, with 25–30+ RWHP possible on pulleys and tuned setups. CARB EO D-590-38 ensures 50-state legality, and no tuning is required. Optional race filters are available but not recommended for street use.
- Adds 15–20 RWHP on stock engines, 25–30+ on tuned setups
- No tuning required
- 5” roto-molded intake tube resists heat and maximizes airflow
- 5x7” S&B cotton cleanable filter with 1” pleats and red oil
- Fully roto-molded heat shield isolates intake from engine heat
- Factory fresh air inlet integration creates high-pressure zone
- CNC-machined MAF and IAT adapter plates included
- Custom Lexan rain shields for grille-mounted air inlets
- OEM-style black textured finish
- Complete bolt-on kit with silicone reducer, HD clamps, and all hardware
